If there was a 0 start I'd give them. Used them for conveyancing....3 months later shut down by the SRA! Negligent, hasn't worked on my file and advised me to exchange despite no searches being done. Will be claiming against them...if anyone wants to join, please search reddit and Facebook groups

Extremely high costs that are unwarranted and not transparent. Terrible customer service and responses received back were unprofessional. I had to file formal complaints.
Almost £1000 for 2 weeks of “work” on a file that was closed 2 weeks after instruction due to sale not continuing.
