Disgusting company.
Taken on, on a No Win, No Gee bases.
Everything okay, no issues. Then a month before going to court the barrister suddenly says he won't represent me as he thinks I won't win.
HOWEVER.
If I pay £710 plus vat. He will represent me.
Dodgy, unprofessional

We’re sorry to read that you feel so dissatisfied with your experience.

In no win, no fee cases, the prospects of success must be kept under review as a matter progresses and as evidence is considered. Where independent advice indicates that a case cannot responsibly continue on that basis, we are professionally obliged to bring the agreement to an end.

In some circumstances, independent advice may indicate that a case could only proceed on a privately funded basis. This reflects an assessment of risk, not a change in approach or commitment.

We’re unable to comment on individual matters publicly.

We’re sorry to read your comments and understand that this must have been a frustrating experience.

In no win, no fee cases, we are required to keep prospects of success under ongoing review. Where independent counsel advises that those prospects have changed, we must act on that advice and explain the options available, including whether a client may wish to proceed privately.

We appreciate that this can be difficult, particularly close to trial, and we would be happy to discuss your concerns further if you would like to contact us.
