I can’t thank Emma enough for her hard work that she put into not one but two separate cases for me.
Doing all the work for me after I had left the UK the emigrate for the USA not knowing that I had criminal charges against me she was able to find the information I needed put me in touch with the right people and was able to clear all charges against me.
I can’t think Emma enough for what she did how hard she worked Making calls for me because I was in another country, making payments for me to cover online charges without me even asking goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Emma, you don’t know how much you help me. I’m so grateful for all you’ve done. I highly recommend Emma for services and of the connections within the legal services industry. She’s pleasant to deal with returns emails and phone calls in a super timely manner.

There are no words to fully describe the atrocious and appalling service from Emma Rowe. Ignores and barely responds to client unless chased several times. She will tend to reply after you've had to follow up with 6+ emails relentlessly. No remorse or compassion for clients, especially those going through bereavement. Her assistant Ash however is amazing, empathetic and responsive. Emma failed to complete work and wasted 2 years of my life. Once I switched over to a new, competent and professional solicitor, he was able to complete everything from start to finish within less than 3 months. His name is Justin Yeoh and you can find him at Streathers Solicitors in West London, www.streathers.co.uk. Save yourself time, grief, and stress by going to Streathers Solicitors or anywhere else except Emma Rowe.

Awful law firm. My grandmothers case has been on going for over 2 years.. emma doesn't respond to calls or emails.
Dont waste your time unless you want a lengthy no doubt will be costly when Emma adds her fees for the last 2 year nearly 3 this july with no results
