During such a difficult time England Palmer were so patient and accommodating. Emails and calls were responded to promptly and in a very professional manner. I would recommend England Palmer to anyone looking for a knowledgable and friendly firm!

I spoke to Adrian who after a brief interview agreed to represent me on the defence of my Driving offence. The prosecution were horrible in court but Adrian stepped up and his representation was excellent. The court’s decision was favourable to me and I am so grateful for his help.

i went here for a employment and civil litigation advise. I spoke to Adrian. Needless to say I didn't take his advise, my google research served me better. The man was quick to give me his outrageous "professional" fees. They don't give a damn about clients, calls go to a call centre and your lucky if any1 returns your call!

poor client care and poor management. The only focus at this poorly run firm is how much money they can squeeze out of clients. I was lost my case because of these idiots who don't stay on top of things. I could have done a better job relying on google. Disgraceful!

Outcome: Approval of employment (section 41)
This outcome was reached by SRA decision.
Decision details
Mr Wolff?s work will be directly supervised by Mr Adrian England and in Mr England?s absence by a solicitor who holds an unconditional practising certificate (minimum three years PQE).
Mr Wolff?s name does not appear on the firm?s headed notepaper, publicity material, website or external nameplates.
Mr Wolff shall not supervise any other employee at England Palmer Solicitors.
Mr Wolff shall not hold, receive or have any responsibility for client money.
Mr Wolff is not an authorised signatory to any client or office account cheque and does not have the power to authorise electronic payments or transfers from any client or office account.
The SRA is immediately informed of any proposed variation in Mr Wolff?s duties or his supervision arrangements prior to any variation.
This approval and the conditions attached to it are subject to review at the absolute discretion of the SRA.
Reasons/basis
Jeremy Michael Wolff was struck off the roll of solicitors on 30 March 2007. In accordance with Section 41 of the Solicitors Act 1974, any solicitor wishing to employ or remunerate him in connection with their practise as a solicitor must obtain the SRA's approval. The SRA is satisfied that the above employment will not put public confidence in the administration of justice and the provision of legal services or the interests of clients at risk.
