We managed to sell our flat and buy a new house with the help of Catherine Siverns. Being in the stamp duty holiday storm and being in the middle of a chain and selling our flat through the council would have make it more difficult if not for Catherine proactivity, professionalism and patience.
I feel like it's been a long time since I've seen another profession exceed my expectation, but I've been blown away. I really recommend them, as I know I'll be coming back for my next move.

I used Adam Douglas from Engleharts Solicitors,a snotty individual who over charged and did not do the work he promised.I found out his name was previously Adam Suzin and that he was a former solicitor struck of in Ireland,useing the name Adam douglas Which was all over the Irish times.I later found out that the boss David Englehart had tax avasion charges at one point.Avoid this firm
At all costs!
