I have never felt compelled to write a negative post before, but Eric Robinson got involved in a family dispute resulting in them taking instructions from someone else using my son’s name. They never spoke to my son, met my son or even checked with him but somehow thought it appropriate to act for him without ever having any contact from him so you can imagine the shock when he and I found out. We have written to Eric Robinson consistently over many months asking how it happened, but do you know what they refuse to give us an explanation for their actions. We have written to Ben Upward, David Lawrence and Craig Petrie. David Lawrence did say he would investigate for us and reply within 14 days but that was 3 months ago, and he is now ignoring all our follow up requests to find out what happened. It is unforgivable that a firm of solicitors have done this to my son and are not making any attempt to address it.
