I’ve never dealt with probate before and foolishly put my trust in Evans Harvey, who made an already sad and stressful situation a million times worse. If you do decide to use this firm, please fix a price and timescale and proceed the extreme caution. I only wish I had known to do this before darkening their door.

I visited this firm for some advice after being given their details from Plymouth Citizens Advice. They'd listed themselves with Plymouth CAB as offering a free initial consultation and advice service. What it proved to be was a screening service for the firm to see if they wanted your business. It was a total waste of time. As soon as they heard the case was below their £5,000 threshold they couldn't get us out the door soon enough. Not a firm I could personally recommend as from my personal experience they seemed more interested in how much money they could get.
