Sidmouth. Poor, slow service. Incorrect SDLT advice, which they never apologised for. Errors in quite basic forms. They clearly don't like working with clients referred through estate agents and are transparent in their view that such fees aren't enough. Therefore this translates unfortunately in second rate sloppy service. Add to this a lack of respect for the client and you have a wholly unsatisfied client. Fortunately a senior solicitor in another branch saved the day for me, but due to my experience overall I can't recommend.

Sadly still the same.. nothing but lip service over a year sorting out probate.non Complex case. Do not respond to complaints.
Errors in collating paper work and constantly blaming 3 party's... again not one sorry. Would not recommend.
