I visited the solicitor for advice on a claim. I was kept waiting and the solicitor (a partner in the firm) turned up looking unkept. He took my details and promised to investigate and get back to me. Nearly three months later, having chased up on various occasions, I've heard nothing from him. I even told his secretary, I wanted to complain but she said he is a partner and has no manager.
