Overcharging. Admitted false declarations on bills. Their costs draughtsman was fined £5,000 with £500 costs for lying to the courts and for his part in a fraudulent bill. The firm's conduct was described as "incompetent" and "woeful" by a senior Circuit Judge.
Avoid this firm at all costs for your own peace of mind.

This comment was posted by Mr Spenser Poultney. He has never been a client of FDC Law Solicitors. He was the opponent in a matter we dealt with and all costs against him were awarded by the Court.

The website referred to in this rating (lcs-test) is owned by Mr Spenser Poultney who also posted the other review of FDC Law on this website. Mr Poultney has never been a client of FDC Law. He was the opponent in a matter we acted in and all costs against him were awarded by the court.

They don't deny a word of it - it is worth repeating below. Remember! this is a firm of SOLICITORS - if they can't protect their OWN reputation ... what might they do to YOURS?
