We used this firm for the purchase of our new home and unfortunately found the service to be poor overall. Communication was inconsistent, and we had to chase for updates on multiple occasions. Key information had to be repeated, and we were left unclear on several important aspects of the process.
There were avoidable delays and misunderstandings, and we even had to identify and correct a significant error in the Land Transaction Tax calculation ourselves just before completion. This added to what was already a stressful experience.
Although things improved somewhat toward the end of the transaction, the process as a whole fell far short of what we expected. We have decided to use a different solicitor for the sale of our previous property and would not recommend this firm based on our experience.
