Twice have been refused help when contacting, first time I didnt even get a reply just ignored me after promising a call - that never happened, second time simple answer 'not available, good bye'.

Divorce

This is without prejudice. I was mentally abused in my marriage. I started dealing with RISE in Brighton who helped victims of domestic abuse and they recommended these solicitors to deal with my divorce. My experience has been horrible. No empathy, very unprofessional and covering their mistakes with lies. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I ended up using another firm to get divorced.

I agree with you. I worked for these people some years ago. The offices are filthy. I reported them to health and safety but nothing was done. I slogged away for four days until they said I had only typed four letters a day. An out and out lie! I type at 80wpm and have certificates to prove it. The pay was risible too. I think they were trying to get away without paying as I was a temp employed through an agency.
