Pretty poor service. Still waiting for money owed to us (credit from a property sale) after several years. Took several emails or calls to get any response and despite being clear Frances seems to deliberately misunderstand or just ignore instructions. Would not recommend.

The rating by unhappy is not fair as the person was an Estate Agent and bully the clients into doing what they want done without any regard to the client.I have used Frances on several occasions and she has been very professional.

I have used Frances on more than one occasion and have always found her courteous and prepared to spend time explaining the various aspects of a property transaction.I will recommend her to anyone that wants a good but reasonable price solicitor

My husband and I are property developers and we can honestly say that Frances is very professional, spends a lot of time on the telephone explaining unfamiliar or unknown property aspects and giving advice with regards to both purchasing and selling as I have used her services for both. I have used her to mortgage my buy-to-let property, to purchase a property which my husband and I converted into 4 flats and again to sell each of the four apartments. She is very thorough and detailed always giving advice along the way. I did a lot of research before using her and her prices quoted were the most reasonable. I would not hesitate using her again or recommending her to anyone.

Impossible to talk too. As soon as you mention her name the receptionist instantly says she is unavailable. Never have a returned call.

Frances made the sale of our flat less stressful with her professionalism and dedication. She also is friendly and supportive and we would definitely use her services again if we need to buy or sell a property.

Having confidence in my solicitor meant that moving house just was not the stressful experience that I thought it would be. Frances Collis acted for me when I previously bought, is acting again for me now and if i decide to move again in the future I'll be back again.
