The rating by unhappy is not fair as the person was an Estate Agent and bully the clients into doing what they want done without any regard to the client.I have used Frances on several occasions and she has been very professional.

Collis Solicitors helped me purchase my property a few years ago and it was very smoothly done. All staff are great and efficeint too. They have also done mine and my families Will. Recommend 100%

I have used Frances on more than one occasion and have always found her courteous and prepared to spend time explaining the various aspects of a property transaction.I will recommend her to anyone that wants a good but reasonable price solicitor

My husband and I are property developers and we can honestly say that Frances is very professional, spends a lot of time on the telephone explaining unfamiliar or unknown property aspects and giving advice with regards to both purchasing and selling as I have used her services for both. I have used her to mortgage my buy-to-let property, to purchase a property which my husband and I converted into 4 flats and again to sell each of the four apartments. She is very thorough and detailed always giving advice along the way. I did a lot of research before using her and her prices quoted were the most reasonable. I would not hesitate using her again or recommending her to anyone.

Frances made the sale of our flat less stressful with her professionalism and dedication. She also is friendly and supportive and we would definitely use her services again if we need to buy or sell a property.
