Conveyancing/property

We had extremely good service from Gabbitas Robins. They did the conveyancing for a residential purchase which initially was straightforward, but then was hampered as a result of Covid-19. This required extra advice in the most unusual of circumstances, which they were quick to provide.
They were professional, responsive to emails and did not require prompting. Before this, we had sold a property with a different conveyancer. Although this went satisfactorily enough, but the difference in terms of being able to get quick and competent replies to queries (rather than having to repeat questions etc) and easily get someone over the phone is huge.
I thoroughly and happily recommend Gabbitas Robins based on the experience we had with them.

I would like to say my divorce solicitor and barrister were very helpful and informative at all times and gave sound positive advice at all times.
The costs were average but worth every penny.

I found the solicitor to be very cold, rushed me through and barely listened to what I was telling her. At a distressing time in my life I really just needed someone to listen to me and give me some advice, but I don't feel like I got this. Went to a free consultation at LGP which is also in Marlow and received a much warmer welcome and much needed advice. Nicer modern offices too.
