;I came in with a full legal aid certificate and I was treated poorly, I really needed a lawyer as I had done some myself because I am nearly qualified in law, and was up against serious solicitors.
I gave them my file and asked them to look at it, and went to repark. I was unceremoniously kicked out, the file left with someone else and they treated me like dirt.
It was odd as I ended up with a Tier 1 firm representing me, who were in the Temple area, and so it was meant to be, but I never forgot being treated like that.

It’s the best service ever. Friendly lawyers. Angela is a great woman. Explains everything to the last detail. Excellent communication and interaction. Good communication. Would recommend Gans & CO any day and time.

Legal aid. Solicitor filled us with hope for appeal then told us no chance! When we went to our appointment, she started going on about conveyencing law, not criminal law, totally useless!
