I have had to give this firm a star rating in order to leave a review but had it not been for the helpful reception staff, they would not even have rated one star. I engaged them to do the conveyancing on my property, which is not a straightforward sale, and wanted some legal advice from the solicitor assigned to my case. I placed my first call on a Wednesday and a week later, the only person who had responded to my calls was his secretary, and that was not spontaneous but in response to my badgering. When I finally sacked them a week later, nobody with any legal knowledge had returned my call, despite my best efforts. I wrote a letter of complaint which I personally handed in to their reception when I called in to collect my paperwork and to date (10 days later) have still not even had a courtesy phone call to apologise. Unless you like banging your head up against a brick wall to try and get a return phone call, I would advice using a different firm of solicitors.
