I am so grateful to Simon and his team for a swift exchange and completion on my first property purchase.

After a dreadful experience elsewhere I was worried similiar issues may reoccur, but I needn't have worried.

Simon was very informative and the amount of info and detail provided well surpassed what I was provided by a previous company and meant we did not feel as if we didn't know where things were during the process.

If we did need to get in contact with Simon he actually responded to emails promptly or his secretary did and he picked up the calls and even called us back which possibly doesn't sound like much, but I'm sure many people have experienced the difficulties of getting hold of specific people elsewhere.

Simon was away during our exchange but had lined up Sue to keep things moving in his absence.

I would not hesitate to use Simon and his team again. Super organised, prompt and decent, friendly people who get the job done very thoroughly whilst not dragging their heels!

Also priced very reasonably!

Simon was amazing, quick and to the point with no funny business
I know exactly what was happening and he made sure everything was done in a timely manner
I would highly recommend as they also do not overprice

As a new property developer some 7 years ago I decided to work with Paul Jaskolski because of his knowledge and expertise in property matters. From the initial purchase of the site in Alum Chine, liaising with my commercial bank and through to the final completions of the apartment sales, the processes went through smoothly and our contacts were managed professionally. On a personal level our family legal requirements are now also in his safe pair of hands.

I was really impressed with the thorough and efficient way Liz prepared my Will. She offered her expert advice every step of the way and it was such a relief to know everything was taken care of.
