Absolute disaster, they are not interested in clients- just legal aid money, the level of neglegence was just unreal incl. Lack of contact after requesting for 3 weeks every single day, witholding i formation. I had to change the legal representation on private bases- as they didnt want to transfer legal aid. Even took them weeks and unpleasant couple of conversations via phone to transfer the case to Direct Access Barrister. They did everything to delay that- and each day of da?y was working against the case. Just HORRIBLE
