At the start, I was impressed, BUT, I sent in 9 x emails and waited for feedback, and Gepps charged £30 x 9 to RECEIVE these emails (yet did not responded to them at all). I approached in this regard, but was told that I would have to pay a further £1,400 to get any reply, I was flabbergasted to say the least. This 9 x £30 (£270) was roughly an hours work, so what I paid for I did not get, when in actual fact they charged me £30 per email, to open and put on my file - how can this be considered fair?
I paid out £2,100 on a Wednesday afternoon, which was gone by the Friday evening by all accounts, and then, I just got a nice long letter, setting out what had happened, and what I already knew. So No, For the money-grabbing experience with this firm, no I definitely would not recommend them to anybody. Shame really, because the partner was pretty on the ball which I liked, but the cash grabbing, no thank you......
