Absolutely disgusting that South Yorkshire Police have failed to prosecute despite him being struck off by SRA following their investigation and them being handed overwhelming evidence of the fraud/abuse of elderly committed by this former solicitor.
They either can not be bothered to track him down now he has run off, â€˜they are all old pals togetherâ€™ given his family history or they really are just lazy beyond comprehension - only explanations I can arrive at given the information they have been handed on a platter.
Hopefully if he continues to defraud the vulnerable in this manner their families will bring actions against SYP for their negligence.
Alternatively, perhaps SYP would like to provide an explanation as to why they have not pursued this given the evidence, inc. evidence of guilt provided by this man himself?
