We completed recently and used Gittins Macdonald, as we have before. They are very helpful and could always speak with them. Didn't need to chase as we had regular updates. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent professional service. Lovely to deal with. explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and was happy to answer any questions I had. Really easy to get in touch with and kept me updated throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Have used Gittins McDonald twice now and am about to use them for the third time. Each time the process has gone as smoothly as possible. Only hold ups experienced were from the buyers side. Rachael and Sian in particular were very supportive, sometimes after dealing with difficult colleagues from the buyers side and I would definitely use them again...well actually I am doing so now.

Receptionist was rude and obstructive. Secretaries were unhelpful, even charged us for us having to chase them for important financial documents received as they didn't bother responding. Their whole attitude is condescending and rude and they take forever to sort things out.

Expensive, no empathy, charge for acknowledging emails, rude and no customer liaison. Receptionist in particular was very obstructive and rude. Very disappointed in the service they provided.

Sian Fisher and Racheal Jewkes of Gittins McDonald are highly recommended . The service they have provided in both our sale and purchase has been exceptional. They are always on the end of the phone, exceptionally pleasant and able to put you at ease in what can be a stressful time. I would not hesitate using their services again in the future. Just seen meet the team page, a bit disappointed that the back room staff weren't on the team page as they are the glue that keeps the team together and the cogs of the wheel. I dealt with numerous members of the back room team and they were superb the unsung heroes. Please update your page

Aimee Phoenix did a fantastic job from start to finish of our residential purchase. Buying a house can be a very stressful time, but Aimee and the staff at Gittins took the stress out of the process for my partner and I.

Excellent service, mainly spoke to Rachael Jewkes. Kept us updated, made all the relevant enquires on our behalf. Even when we didn’t understand anything, took the time to explain things throughly.
