Appalling solicitors. Contacted the office on numerous occasions to speak to the “executor” of a close family’s will and never had a response. My family member has been deceased 11 months and we have only had one letter from this firm stating that someone else was now the executor and not the previous one. Which raised a few red flags!! Stay clear of this company when it comes to wills etc, they are rogue. The matter is still ongoing. We will not give up!

Receptionist was rude and obstructive. Secretaries were unhelpful, even charged us for us having to chase them for important financial documents received as they didn't bother responding. Their whole attitude is condescending and rude and they take forever to sort things out.

They did not do this and as a result we were put in an impossible position.
