3 years of hell with Glanvilles not returning my calls. Ignoring emails and when they do ignoring the issue. Glanvilles is the main beneficiaries looking like it will go on for years to come. Like the post office scandal. They have all the money and is keeping it all for themselves. Just raking up the charges. Taking advantage of vulnerable berieved victims. My hell continues everyday of my life. This is all true.

You are not a client of our firm but are a beneficiary of a deceased estate where we act for the executors. As usual with the administration of deceased estates, it is the executors who are our firm’s client and it is upon their instructions we must act. We have repeatedly explained this position to you by email, by phone and face-to-face. We are aware that you are not happy with how the executors are dealing with the estate, and we have explained to you that if you are unhappy with how the executors are dealing with the estate, you must seek his own legal advice as we cannot advise you in such circumstances. You have consistently failed to obtain your own advice. Instead, you appear intent on publishing unfounded allegations against our firm which is disappointing given the courtesy which we have consistently extended to you.

I was fortunate to be recommended Glanvilles by a colleague. Johnathan Arman looked after my case. He was outstanding, very quick to support and guide me to reach a swift resolution with my employer. Johnathan was as well very personable which was a great help during this challenging time for me.
