Goldstones Don’t Know The Law.They Tell You A load of Rubbish Which Is Not True Law Very Rude Solicitors.

The service from goldstones is Not good.When you are in prison the solicitors don’t turn up for legal visits.The solicitors just don’t care about their clients.When you phone,and leave messages they never call back. Definately the worst solicitors I have ever used.I know a lot of poeple said they we not a good firm.Some of the solicitors, are ex police officers.not recommend at all.See for yourself

Poor customer service even from director of the practice. I (attempted) to use this solicitor at a very difficult time you would expect them to realise and understand this how wrong you can be. I wouldn't recommend.

The irish women on reception rude and has an attitude problem the solicitors are conveniently allways out and when you do get in touch they say there ring back and never do and all there interested in is how much money can they get dont use these solicitors as they will not help

I recently dealt with the family department surrounding children issues. I dealt with Miss Carter who was extremely kind and compassionate in all my dealings. She was always on hand to assist me and went out of her way to provide an excellent service. I had a great outcome!

Don’t go to Goldstones.
Avoid this company like the plague, especially Mark Davies who will happily lie and drop your case, leaving you up shit creek without a paddle just before your trial.
I was passed around the company from one solicitor to the next, all giving different legal advice to the same issues.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid !!!

In 2016 started the dealing with this firm .Their services was and still is sub-zero. A letter sent to the firm in January 2018 and three months down the line March 2018 still no response or even the courtesy of an acknowledgement . This just one example, I have almost two years worth of complaints to whom so ever interested in looking into it. The next step is the ombudsman, let see if they can do anything.
