I needed to obtain independent legal advice for a mortgage. I telephoned this company who said that they would get a suitable solicitor to call me back. No one telephoned me. The following day I telephoned again and was told that I would be contacted shortly but no one called. The third day I called again, the person answering apologised and I was told that I would be contacted. No one has called me back. I have now engaged a different firm of solicitors which responded within an hour of contact.
