Someone from this company called me claiming to be a paralegal. She tried to tell me that I would get legal aid making a claim against my housing association which even I know is not true. Then she said they could do it for a fixed fee. I hung up. What a clueless bunch of salespeople!

This is the worse solicitors I have ever come across, they are incompetent in every sense.
They gave the wrong date for trial, gave the wrong details regarding prison, also they don't no how long their clients have been held in prison.
And when you ring to complain the excuse for giving all the wrong information is "ERM O I can't explain"
How this company are still allowed to work for the public.
I give this solicitors a big fat MINUS absolutely CRAP.......
