I enlisted this firm for my conveyancing in 2024. It was the worst experience of my life......Response to emails only happened after submitting two formal complaints, both of which were upheld. My solicitor often seemed to not have the knowledge to complete my transaction and needed advice from my mortgage advisor. There were mistakes in legal documents , including mixing their address with my own. Worse of all they phoned me late the day I moved house, telling me they had made a mistake and transferred £9000 too much into my bank account. They demanded I re-pay this by the following morning. Their behavior was intimidating and unprofessional
