Our main concern was not being able to have any face to face contact with the member of the Conveyancing team.” They are too busy to come downstairs to speak to you “was the stance on every occasion that we attended the Office. Everything was done by emails and pdf attachments. The firm assumed that clients were computer literate. They also relied on Clients having Legal knowledge. It took 4 months to achieve completion, even though there were only 3 parties in the chain and one of these had no property to sell. They charged £2,300 in addition to £355 search fees. We would not use Hadaway again and would not recommend them
