    Do NOT recommend at all!

[Please read the entire review to completely understand the depths these people went to in order to cause stress and difficulties to me and those involved]

Being in dire need of a sponsor licence urgently, my director handed me the job of getting one organised, and so when I recieved a referral from an individual who promised me this firm would be able to get my job done swiftly and adeptly, I decided to end negotiations with other firms and take on the case with Hadi Law.

Thanks to the referee, I was able to get in contact with the finance director, Mr. Mehmood, who spoke to me on the phone and promised me that my job will get done and the fees will be £1200 for the service.

Once the fees were processed, the procedure commenced and I recieved an email asking for some basic information in order to open the case file, which I returned ASAP.

Thereafter, the case got transferred over to their local solicitor Mr. Ivan Sou [who's mere existence is now shrouded in doubt], who emailed the director of the company, for whom I was a middle man, asking for some required documents alongside some questionnaires to be completed. All seems well at this point.

Whilst filling the form, the director notices some of these requirements are quite tricky and that he will need the advice of the solicitor to navigate through them, and so, like any sensible individual would do, he emailed Mr.Ivan asking for some guidance.

Unfortunately, upon receiving no reply for a short-time, I, as the middle man, decided to contact Mr.Ivan asking for a case update and was told that I am not allowed to be told any information unless the director allows me to be a part of the conversation and so, following on from his very advice, the director sent an email in which both Mr.Ivan and myself were recipients and clearly specified that I am the designated middle man for this procedure.

Nonetheless, some more time passes yet there has been no follow up on the difficult questions, so I got in contact again to try organise a meeting or at least seek out a response for the help sought after in filling the requirements - going so far as offering extra cash to book a meeting - yet once again, no response was received.

Due to this unprofessionalism, I rang the firm numerous times and was able to get in touch with a receptionist who goes by the name of 'Jimal' (may be spelled incorrectly). Each and every time we rang the firm, Jimal would inform me that Mr.Ivan was either 'on his break', 'away for lunch' or frankly 'not available'. These very same excuses would be recycled over and over again no matter the day; no matter the time.

Then, a miracle occurred and Mr.Ivan responded to an email we had sent - however, the email was not one containing guidance nor help; rather it was that very email which was initially sent - asking us to fill in documents and questionnaires.

An already stressed and occupied director was now reaching his tolerance levels and attempted to contact the firm numerous times to explain that he has filled the form to his best ability and that he just needs some assistance from the solicitor to fill out some of the more tricky sections - but to no avail.

This is where I stepped in again and managed to, through some contacts, get in touch with Mr.Mehmood who confirmed for me that all my communications were indeed received and that no reply was sent out by the firm. I then politely requested that this case be withdrawn and a refund, even if partial, be given as the £1200 was given in order to attain a service, which we very obviously were not given - not to mention the additional anxiety & stress inducements as well as the time-wasting and unprofessionalism.

Now - you would think this is where the story ends, but unfortunately, you would be mistaken.

Upon waiting a few days for some sort of refund, we had seen no progress had been made and so we rang the firm again to find out what is going on with our case.

When the receptionist answered the call, we requested for Mr.Mehmood and were told to wait on hold. This receptionist must have erred in using the system as she failed to put us on hold which meant we were able to hear the ensuing conversation on the other end of the phone:
    - Mr.Mehmood, who is right near the receptionist is told that the individual seeking a refund is on the phone (our hassle went on for so long that the receptionist had grown accustomed to our voice), to which Mr.Mehmood replied by advising the woman to say he is not available at the moment and that we should call at another time. In a state of dumbfoundedness at what had transpired, I did not reveal my knowings to the receptionist but simply said 'okay' and put the phone away.

Even until today, I am yet to hear from Mr.Ivan and am yet to receive a refund for my money spent.

I have never seen a 'professional' firm go in circles, decieve and delude their clientelle this many times whilst charging such extortionate fees.

Ps - all email interactions have been saved and logged as proof as well call log history which captivates the unwavering attitudes of both sides

I was extremely pleased with the service received by Hadi Law. From the first phone call I received the service was excellent what Hadi said they would do was followed through step by step. Communication was first class from all involved at Hali Law. The conclusion to my court case was above my expectations and I am extremely grateful for there professionalism. The fees I was charged were extremely reasonable and terms of payment were very helpful given my financial circumstances. I would highly recommend Hadi law to anyone in any difficult circumstances as I was at the time of my requirements for a solicitor.
