I can not recommend this practice highly enough and I was surprised to read such poor reviews from the excellent service I received.

Would not recommend this firm. Trying to get out of their clients paying utility bills when they own half the property. My first impression was right, I'm thinking they are unprofessional and are out for themselves. Avoid at all costs.

The worst solicitor my family have come across, have taken more than 4 years to sort out a will and still will not complete, do not answer letters or return calls, terrible practice and even worse customer service.

Last time I had dealings with these solicitors, acting for me, I was horrified to discover that one of the secretary‘s had discussed my business with people I knew. Pickering is a small town and I have since learned from others that my case was not the first to be discussed outside the office. My family have recently had communication with Mary Chappell who, having dealt with matters relating to a recently deceased member of my family, has gone on to address that deceased person in correspondence causing a great deal of upset. In our view she is unprofessional in conducting historical research. If confidentiality is of importance to anyone then I would not recommend this firm of solicitors.
