Wouldn't be surprised if a got their legal qualifications free in a box of cereal

This person is not a client of this firm and objected to a document which we had forwarded to him at the request of our client and seemed to believe that that entitled him to lodge a complaint with us. I pointed out that our complaints procedures are available to our clients, but not to him, in which case he said he would complain to the Law Society.
He was very aggressive on the telephone, constantly raising his voice. He had previously spoken to a junior employee who was clearly intimidated by him and that is why he was transferred to me. Incidentally, I did not obtain my Law Degree from a cereal packet, but instead from Oxford University.
