Contacted about Child Arrangement matters.

Paid 390 for an initial 1 hour meeting. Then paid 1500 to be held on account for future works. This was burnt though in less than a week.

A letter, a few phone calls and couple of emails.

I managed to get a tentative agreement with other party my myself. This should have made things less complex and simpler hence reducing costs. Still got charged by highest fee earner. This was not delegated to a junior colleague as outlined in terms.

Utter profiteering.

The moment this was challenged there interest in my case immediately stopped and fell away. My matter was not resolved.

It's cost me over 2000 and I have achieved nothing with this firm.

I raised the matter as a complaint but the Director dealing could not even give me the common coutersey to discuss.

Am putting one star because I could not put zero.

Poor experience.
Would not recommend.

Not recommended. They have breached their own complaints policy and the Solicitors Regulation Authority code of conduct.
Requested a letter that I paid for and I didn't get it. I asked for a meeting with Andrew Meehan but this was refused. I asked for a refund due to their refusals. I will have no option but to take them to court to recover my money

The acid test in any professional service is “Would I use you again?” The answer is of course that I hope I never need to, but I would recommend you to anyone who did.
