Incompetent, poor service and overcharging. Would never recommend them to anyone. They were responsible to handle our aunt's will and estate which was quite a simple project yet it is taking more than 2 years with mounting fees many of them for work resulting from their sloppiness. The firm assigned a very junior inexperienced solicitor without supervision and we had to hire another form only to correct Hayes & Storr mess. They claim they do have an internal process to handle complaints but the only result was a partner who ignored our well-documented concerns.
