Exactly same experience as previous postings. Calls were usually fielded by an obviously stressed and overworked secretary, emails were not answered or even acknowledged. Finally, when I did speak to the conveyancer in person, I was astonished to be told: "I'm sick and tired of people like you coming on here complaining all the time, when we're just trying to do our best!" Not exactly helpful to the already pressured experience of house-moving.

Would echo the other review on here, slow, unresponsive, rude and generally unhelpful. Have sent many emails asking for updates or questions with absolutely no repsonse. Then you call them, you can never get through to the person you want. I had an experience where I left a message asking them to call me back, the day after they called me back and left me a message, but they didnt realise they hadnt hung up, and were very rude. Everytime Id spoken to them either on the phone or email I had been nothing but polite.
