Don't use their mortgage services.
They'll be extremely slow to reply and they'll let your fixed rate expire leaving you on the hook for a few months. My mortgage went from £900 to £1900 as I got put on variable rate.
They had 8 months to sort it out!
Now I'm in debt and my credit score was severely impacted!
Update: Raised a formal complaint - was sent to their "independent" complaints handling called Resolve Legal and of course I was in the wrong by not spotting their wrong dating of 1st of November. Stay safe out there, they are the law in the end.

Please be wary of using this company especially if you are allocated a solicitor called Melany Rample as her understanding of probait law is questionable at best and I’m in shock that she is allowed to function as a solicitor with such little knowledge and organisation skills

I would not recommend using the family law department. The Solicitor who represented me was not coherent. I racked up a very high bill, which I part paid as I was in dispute with some of the expenses and due to non payment they registered a judgement against me!! I would not recommend this firm to anyone they are a money hungry firm and don't provide the skills to justify.

Avoid this company at all costs. I brought a new house of Taylor wimpey and part of an offer had to use these solicitors. I have just sold my house and during the process was informed that I had no right of access to my front door which park woodfine didn't obtain when I purchased the property. Because of this I incurred £500 of legal costs because of their incompetent and negligent work. Tried to recover the costs from them and only when threatened of taking my case to the legal ombudsman did they reimburse me. But I never received an apology for the stress and hassle that I had uncounted because of them
