My father had an on going Personal Injury claim against his ex employer for an industrial accident he was using a reputable firm of solicitors.
When he started the claim he was told it will be a no win no fee claim. Two years into the claim we had the shocking news that we would have to pay out of our own pocket..
Nowhere else to turn i thought i would get a second opinion and contacted Herald Solicitors.
Within a month we had a settlement cheque of the figure we wanted now our lives are back to normal and my father can actually sleep at night..
