Sandeep Kumar is very good. But Gurdeep Singh is rude and unhelpful avoid Hine Solicitors if your case is a Crown Court matter......they are unhelpful

sent me a letter from a Birmingham office when i live in slough, then I pointe that out his given unexpectable reply and was told to I don't care what you think!! placed on my letter admitting whar ever the maidenhead police has told them, then he says to put my name on the review as if he did not care what I have to say then threatened to hang up on and did hang up on be before over talking on anything at all I had to say. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD COMMUNICATION AND NO DEFENSE AT ALL JUST MONEY GRABBERS.... AVOIDE

Based upon my experience with a certain solicitor acting for me, Mr Singh advised my at the magistrates to go guilty on 2 pleas.
The one plea was agreed as guilty, in which i understood however the second, more serious count, I was adamant to go not guilty however Mr Singh very strongly advised there is 'no defence' and that the court would throw the book at me, even after he had met the prosecutor to discuss any pleas.
After telling contacting another firm - Yasmin and Shaid in Leeds they advised myself to the law and exactly what to state. Subsequently telling my to let go of Hine solicitors - this was 30 minutes before my hearing. I went in as a self representing.
lo and behold after solid advice and being informed of the whole process by Yasim and Shaid, the prosecutor straight away dropped the serious count.
Would not advise Hine solicitors - as this would of had a serious implication of my future.

I dealt with Sharon Rai and she could not have been more support and understanding towards my parents and I. Always came out relieved as she had helped me solve whatever problems we were having at the time. She is very much a people person and aims to please and help you as much as she can. I had been recommended to Hines in Beaconsfield so felt confident that our experience would turn out well.
Our Solicitor Natalie Moloney was friendly and informative and we felt comfortable with her. Ours was a personal injury case on behalf of our Mother. We had a successful result, it did take a little longer than expected, but Natalie kept us informed the whole way through.
She was patient with us explaining all the procedures so that we understood the processes.
Thank you Natalie and Sarah for your help in winning our claim against the Care company.

We used Hines and specifically Aga, our Solicitor, for the sale and purchase of property. Aga managed what became a complex transaction with aplomb. She was efficient responsive and always calm. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I would say from my experiences concerning a speeding matter that the service, advice and representation were lacking. I ended up with a bill amounting to more than 5 times the actual motoring fine. Communication was poor and very last minute.
Would I use their services again? Unlikely

Review of Hines Cheltenham
I am representing a vulnerable young person who is currently in prison. I understand that this firm represented him in Court. He now needs further assistance and despite calling Hines several times and being reassured that I will be called back, I have heard nothing. Yesterday I was told by the receptionist that John Lynch or one of his team would ring me back.. Nothing. I phoned again today, and was told by the receptionist that he had called me yesterday! No missed calls or messages this end.
I pity anyone who has to rely on an organisation this disorganised and unhelpful. The fact that these people may play a part in determining a person's liberty is extremely worrying.

Not friendly. Never return your call. Receptionist very rude. Very scary solicitors. What else ?? Just don't use these guys.
They treat you like as if you are criminal and their attitude is worst then police. Hope not if I ever end up in a trouble I will rather represent on myself own.
They are suppose to be law expert but I had to chase them endlessly for little queries but no reply from them. Not good hinesolicitors.

This firm is incredibly unprofessional. Solicitors openly speak about clients in public earshot and are instructed by Tony Hine to go to all lengths to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. There are many reputable, high quality law firms out there. This is far from one.

Disappointing. Called on 19/10/16 for advice and appointment re a claim received. I was advised Natalie Maloney as the specific solicitor to see, yet on leave and only available to meet 03/11/16. I expressed my concern in delay as working to court deadline. They assured me they wait would be worth it and they would work speedily and not to worry as Natalie saw it as an interesting and strong counterclaim. Hine requested further details from me 01/11/16 and immediately called me back to say they could no longer assist me as a partner believe it would now be a conflict of interest as the claimant puts much work to them, although perhaps not a direct client of theirs. Fortunately the courts and law society have noted this and the effects and consequences to missed deadlines. I have reliable solicitor in place now who are eager to take the case and counterclaim. Hines... you let me down, still I'm a great believer in fate!
