BEN SAUNDERS is an absolute joke of a solicitor. Zero empathy, and makes you do the work. Doesn’t return emails or phone calls and is down right lazy. 18 months to deal with a simple Will execution, so bad to the point we had to complain and then he partially pulled his finger out to get it sorted but still dragged his heals. A disgrace to your firm, and I’m surprised they haven’t fired you.

I absolutely agree. My husband is currently going through a similar experience with Ben Saunders. I have no idea how he is able to hold the position he does. Six months after employing his services we found out he'd 'forgotten' to send the probate paperwork to the relevant authorities. We're now several years down the line and still waiting for this man to complete what should have been a very simple Probate. There is so much I could say about his incompetence, lack of professionalism, inability to reply to correspondence and general shoddy work, but I'd be here all day! Just PLEASE do not employ the services of Ben Saunders at HMG Law Bicester.

Suzette and the team helped me sell my house and buy my next one under very tight timelines. I found Suzette and the team extremely helpful and responsive so could not ask for anymore!
The rates were fair and in line with standard costs but the service was incredible. For any future sale/purchase I'll make sure I use Suzette and HMG Law!

HMG Law were used by our buyer for conveyancing in April 2019, there were 3 modern properties in the chain mine being at the bottom. All the solicitors in the chain became increasing frustrated with the lack of communication from Suzette at HMG, she refused to call back any solicitor for 7 weeks since initial offer and only did after matters were escalated to a senior partner. She never replied to a single phone call or email from estate agent who were just as frustrated as us, all putting considerable pressure and stress onto a group of families that had better things to worry about! Shockingly she seems to work part time which may have contributed to the huge delays. I would not recommend this firm, I would never move again if they were involved in the chain.
