I was very surprised to read the negative review as we have recently had a lot of contact with Hole and Pugsley, over both Trust matters and selling and purchasing property. We have had excellent communication throughout and prompt, efficient personal interviews with rapid turn around times on important dates and documents. The professional service has been friendly, engaging and exceptionally helpful, providing well balanced advice upon which we have been able to act with confidence.

My Brother and I have been dealing with this company since the death of our Father in November 2019. We have experienced a complete lack of communication. The term Snails Pace would be a compliment. The last communication was 6 months ago. All that is required is a very simple matter regarding Land Registry. We have written and called for an update and received nothing. We have written to advise we will take our complaint to the Ombudsman and received no response. We have therefore complained to the Ombudsman. Sadly this complaint can take 12 months to be sorted!

We had very much the same experience. They would simply disappear for months. Utterly callous and unprofessional. I wish you luck.
