Throughout our purchase and sale Hopkins law made the process more stressful than necessary, sending letters instead of emails and calls as requested, missing the contractual completion date for our part exchange for no discernible reason, not communicating progress at all up until that point when I complained, amongst other issues. Then - weeks after completion and receipt of a final written statement from them - we got a letter demanding a significant additional sum due to their having made an administrative error, for which we received no apology and were effectively held to ransom to pay by them threatening to not transfer title of our home. Appallingly unprofessional.
