I would avoid hcc solicitors at all costs. If I could turn back time I'd have used a local solicitor firm rather than being "advised" (aka referral fee £££) They don't have your best interests in mind, they're greedy and in it for themselves. They ignore calls, voicemails and emails. They advised me to call my claims handlers mobile phone which I refused as this wouldn't have been recorded. I have complained to the Legal Ombudsman and was awarded a measley £350, hcc sent me a cheque for £300. They are not fit for purpose.

This company is absolutely appalling, unprofessional and their treatment of their mentally ill disabled client is beyond comprehension.
I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone. This review is 100% correct and current, March 2020
