I worked for this firm several years ago. At that time they were completely clueless in every way, from the actual management of the business to the general quality of the lawyers. They once did a survey amongst the staff asking 1 would you use the firm for your own needs and 2 would you recommend the firm to friends, 100% of the replies were no too both questions. This was the opinion of the staff at the time and I fully agree with their verdict. I wouldn't use them if they were free! Be warned!

My wife used Margaret Baker for our divorce and she was not good. We amicably agreed our finances 2 years ago and she's been sending out letters ever since. Both of us have paid out a fortune for a very straight forward financial order.

Caroline at Humphries Kirk helped me with quite a complex contract negotiation. Throughout many months, she kept me up to date at every stage, advised of costs, was very professional and extremely thorough. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline and Humphries Kirk, I was very glad that she was on my side!

We used Humphries Kirk last year in a property transaction and were extremely impressed. They were all courteous and helpful and we felt we had very good value for money. We will definitely be using them again.
