Absolutely awful. Took advantage of my dad who was confused and regretted even walking in there, the wolf in sheep's clothing (Ian) charged him in excess of £800 for a couple of phone calls. Then sent a letter stating he spent most of it on hold! My sister had a terrible experience with them too! Avoid them, there are better alternatives with much more competitive rates
Not a fake review, you're a useless money grabbing solicitor that took advantage of an older person with dementia. As I said, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
