Appointed by my insurer after a car accident in 2016, my case has now been ongoing for 4.5 years. However I'm still in pain as the surgery recommended for me in 2018 has still not gone ahead, due to repeated failings of the medical agencies they've appointed.
They have also failed to keep me informed on updates for my case, even when I have repeatedly emailed and phoned to chase for information. All I can get is empty promises to come back to me with more information, with no further communication following this.
If IMe Law are appointed for you by your insurance company after a car accident, I would recommend you learn from my experiences and see if another company can be used.

What a surprise 1 star from everyone else too , this is the worst law firm I have ever heard of, it's been a year since I made my first claim and have had 4 medical reports sent back to be amended ,one of the times the "medical professional" point blank refused to amend the report even after numerous mistakes ( loosing medical documents ) where made , very little and far between communication , multiple handlers dealing with my case ( even though the 3rd party immediately admitted fault ) this has still not been sorted and my latest report has changed my occupation from delivery driver to water-ski instructor , now forcing me to contact the ombudsman as they are do incompetent they cannot complete a simple task , NEVER EVERRRRRRRR use this company

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Avoid at any cost. They have been handlibg my case for 2.5 years! No updates, I have to initiate every contact, no respinse to complains, no response to Legal Ombudsman's investigation. I cannot even recover my excess They have cause so much distress, I have spebt hours on the phone trying to get ANY details on the progress of my case. Words cannot describe how bad they are!

Do not use these had accident two years ago ,still not sorted passed to anyone ,other party addmitted full responsibility, been told gone to court and settled lot less than said would get ,but still recieved no update ,am dyslexic which i told them ,but still want me to send emails ,sign letters i dont understand .shabby firm deeply upset with this firm ,someone should look into what they are doing ,insurance company should stop using

Without a doubt the worse company I've ever dealt with. No communication, no help, no customer service. I advise everyone to stay away. I'm promised call backs from my case handler and I've never received one. Actually I've never even spoken to my actual case handler, I'm starting to think she doesn't exist.
Sent me another person's accident details via post, shocking! A complete breach of data privacy. Just think what they're doing with everyone's else's information.

Ime law are absolutely shocking I’ve had nothing but problems and issues with my case handler. Firstly Lewis Everett my case handler told me the money would be in my bank within 14 days then turns out I had to wait 7 weeks from the day he told me. Secondly told me after it was processed it would take 3 working days to be in my bank we are on the third working day and guess what..... no money. I advice not to use this company they are shocking they lie threw their teeth and make things up and tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone so they don’t have to deal with you. This is the thanks you get for paying for insurance and when someone runs into you this is what you have to deal with. Ime law are a joke!!!

Where do I begin:
1) BREACH of GDPR, all your sensitive documents ie payslips, bank account details etc are sent to a generic email address for ANYONE to view.
2) Person assigned to my case was no longer available thus passed onto another member of staff and asked to repeat everything. (INFURIATING) Its 2020 do you not have notes on peoples cases.
3) Asked for an average of what my loss of earnings might be several weeks ago via email and phone. Do you think I've had a response? NO
4) No one ever comes back to you when you leave a message, this is just rude. What about your SLAs IME, do you ever think about even coming close to meeting them.
5) Submittance of expenses accrued as a result of RTA, still waiting 8 months later for someone to come back to me.
So many other examples of poor misconduct by this firm, they give good firms a bad name. PLEASE PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE but DONT make the same MISTAKE I did by opting for this shoddy, cowboy run firm.

I regret going with IMe law at the request of Esure 7 month after I still have no clue where my case is at the moment. I believe they are scamming people and they should be reported to the bar association

16 months ago, on a recommendation from Esure, my insurer at the time, I contacted IMELaw and asked them to take on my claim. Throughout this time they have failed to keep me updated and ignored my emails. On a number of occasions I have had to remind them of my accident details as they sent me inaccurate court papers and failed on 2 other occasions to send amended papers. Although this accident was clearly not my fault, until the claim is resolved it is classed as a my fault accident on my records. The consequences of which, have resulted in a much higher insurance premium with my new insurance provider.
I am now at the point of losing all faith in IME Law's ability to satisfactorily settle my claim. Therefore, I intend to seek help and advice from the Legal Ombudsman.
