Do not use! Would rate less if I could.
They were rude, very uncommunicative, and always acted liked they couldn't care less about me. I requested screens at my hearing and they did not order them; they told my barrister to show up an hour later than me and so I had to sit in a waiting room by myself with my abusive ex for an hour; they filed paperwork with the LAA late (several times even after telling me they had done it that day and then it was in fact several days later), improperly, did not tell me for several days and sometimes not at all - that the LAA requested information (I had to contact LAA myself to find out, and once it was almost 14 days after their request; which is the deadline for the information requested to be received), and lied to the LAA about representing me at one point. It took over 3 months for my legal aid to come through as a result and I ended up having to go to a hearing by myself with no representation at all. They were aggressively offensive when I tried to speak to them about my issues, and never once apologized for their conduct and what they put me through.
