the service is frustrating it is not what i expected at all.i find that they tell you one thing when its the next. They are not straight forward. We all know that solicitors take the moneys that are left to you put it on an account for as long as they can stall you for, draw the interest go on vacation,refuse to take your calls and totally ignore you and disrepect you. knowing full well that if not for you they would have no moneys to go on do these things. I would like them to knoww that had not for the clients they would be nowhere.This is the kind of service to expect from the solicitors of ITC, so sit back relax and enjoy the wait .

ITC is into the ninth month of winding up my partner`s late mother`s estate and we have no idea how much longer it is to take. I do not know whether this is "normal" or not but it is extremely frustrating. The company was recommended by Barclays Bank.

itc are NOT solicitors.
We are into our 14th month of winding up my mother's estate.
Do NOT give power of attorney to an organisationn which is hitherto unknown to you! Undertakers receive a commission for commending their services

My husband died last year, it was one of the most terrible periods in my life. A friend recommended ITC Legal Services to me, so I called them the same day and had a discussion with a probate specialist. I set up a home visit with an ITC Legal Services representative and that helped me clarify a lot of things about the probate process. Thank you for all the advice and help with sorting out my beloved husband’s assets and estate during the most difficult time of my life.
