Absolutelly horrible! please, DO NOT leave your case in hands of this incompetent people. I applied with them the 1st day of my accident, I told them what happened and guaranteed me to not worry about anything and leave it in his hands. My case have been passed to 4 or 5 different workers from the same company (I don't know why) and I always had to chase them to move and to know how my case was progressing, I never got a single call from their own. They didn't act quick on my case even though I reported the accident the very same day and the rang me the day after, so the supermarket deleted the CCTV video so that I don't have any evidence other than my doctor notes, the x-ray and the Physiotherapist. After chasing them for nearly a year they told me there's nothing they can do without the CCTV evidence, and they refuse to challenge the Supermarket for that. It's suspicious how they make money because they're absolutely rubbish. I just give them 1 star because there's no option for no stars at all. I will get a real lawyer to deal with my case.
