I used Carly Wilsher of Jacklyn Dawson for my divorce. I found her to be experienced, understanding and approachable in what was a complicated
and frustrating divorce and financial settlement. She took on board my objectives/requirements in meetings, correspondence and through many Court Hearings with a final outcome that I am happy with and am now able to move on.
I would definately recommend her.

Carly Wilsher supported me through a challenging divorce. Carly listened to me, and understood the outcome that I wanted from the divorce whilst giving legal guidance to help me make informed decisions.
I was charged an extremely fair rate and would have no hesitation in recommending Jacklyn Dawson solicitors.

Lynsey, the Solictor at Jacklyn Dawson was fantastic in dealing with the purchase of my house. Purchasing a house is stressful, yet Lynsey and everyone at Jacklyn Dawson were professional, kept me in the picture as to what was happening and they were very thorough in ensuring that all stages of the purchase were dealt with properly. I felt confident that they were ensuring my best interests were at the heart of the whole process. The fees were extremely reasonable, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacklyn Dawson to anyone.

Tim Russen was in charge of conveyancing on my purchase of a house and was very efficient and incredibly knowledgeable.
He in fact foresaw an issue which the seller's solicitors did not which would have left me without a mortgage and yet still liable to pay for a house or lose a deposit.
He was very prompt and sent email updates and phone calls when needed. Charged the same as the quotes from everyone else I had so for this service, would definitely recommend.

Jacklyn Dawson solicitors were informative and comforting during a separation from my partner, and also very helpful during a difficult time when trying to obtain regular visitation with my daughter. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone going through a similarly difficult time.

In dealing with my divorce, Jacklyn Dawson, and in particular Carly Wilshere were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with both quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them for any family matters.

I had to change solicitors due to my previous solicitors ill health. It was just before Christmas, and nobody was taking any new cases, especially "second hand ones."
The only one that would, was Carly Wilsher. She not only took on the case but helped me out massively, through a very stressful time. It was concluded fully today!!
Her letters to my ex wife's Solicitor were second to none, she didn't miss a beat in resolving my issues.
I would Highly recommend her to anyone which needs help with family law.
She was my Christmas Angel.

Rude & arrogant took 5 months to complete & the searches came back clear, therefore you would believe that the remaining process would be quick & straightforward...not these incompetent people!! Avoid!

Jacklyn Dawson Solicitors - Highly Recommended.

Can’t thank Carly Wilsher enough for her help and assistance in arranging my five year old son’s child care access order through the courts.

My previous Solicitor in my opinion was next to useless leaving me with only one credible option resulting in the early termination of our contract.

I urge all fathers who are seeking a child care access order to contact Jacklyn Dawson Solicitors and ask for Carly Wilsher.

I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

My confidence in the UK legal justice system has been restored thanks to Carly, especially after receiving very negative and misleading reports from other third parties linked to the legal justice system.

Family advice from family law solicitor CW was lacking in several key areas - key details such as CAP and PD12B were not raised, details of C100 application and expected timeline glossed over, suggestion to self-represent with only partial knowledge - resulting in more complex situation needing remedy from better solicitors. Be wary.

An utterly appalling service from start to finish. Staff were condescending and unhelpful. My will which was a simple word document contained factual, spelling, and punctuation errors. Most concerning of all though it has taken 6 months to complete!!! Avoid at all costs!

My husband and I have used this firm of Solicitors since the mid-60s. On each occasion of us needing guidance and legal support, the team have been exemplary.

As clients, we were at the heart of their endeavours. The close-knit team offered a seamless, supportive and worry-free service. Our solicitor didn't go the extra mile, he went a thousand miles more. We have always received a personal and tailormade solution to our needs and requirements, all the time demonstrating their care and compassion to our situation, enabling us to make the right decisions for us.

The worry, stress and anxiety at the time of someone's passing was shouldered by the team in manner which was dignified and respectful.

Probate is a unquantifiable timeline, with so many dependants. We have always found the firm to be forward thinking, anticipating future potential issues and making ready to immediately supply the solution.

I would 100% recommend this firm, from my own personal experience they have never let me down.

Have used these solicitors a fair few times from wills to buying freeholds and conveyancing houses and have had nothing but great service and politeness at all times and that is from everyone we have dealt with.
My inlaws also used them and dealt with two different solicitors in the firm to the one we used and they also had great service.
You have to speak as you find and we have already recommended Jacklyn Dawson to another person who is using/has used them without complaint.

Do not get involved with this firm. It took them over 4 years to wind up my mother's estate and the stress of having to put up with such incompetence and delay just added to the upset of losing a loved one. We were told the work would probably take about 9 months to complete originally.The partner responsible for doing most of the work was arrogant and treated our family with contempt. I managed to get a small reduction in the bill after threatening them with the Ombudsman but I really would have preferred them to do the job properly and in a reasonable time. As it was, the bill was huge and way above what I'd expected.
