Asked for advice as a private paying person, needed some very basic work doing. Unintrested in even helping me, seems the department is not intrested in anything other than waiting for victims of medical negligence to contact them, then review in a blink of an eye if they can be bothred to help, AKA how much your worth to them ! Would not even help me when all i wanted was a little help with a simple issue, and as a would be self paying person. Read various reviews, the good ones i do not belive, and the bad ones ring true ! Should be closed down to make way for solistors who care about people.
